아직 목성의 시직경이 크지 않고 고도가 낮아 관측하기는 형편없는 여건이었습니다만 새 관측소에서의 적응 기간이라 촬영해 보았습니다. 고도가 낮으므로 시상도 불량하고 대기에 의한 수차도 심하게 나타났지만 투명도는 좋았습니다. 여느 때와 마찬가지로 NEB에는 여러 군데 복잡한 projection과 bay들을 보이고, SEB상에 대적반은 없으나 그물과도 같은 garland (혹은 wisp)구조가 드러나며 oval도 보입니다 - 이들 NEB와 SEB가 festoon들에 의해 연결되어 보입니다. 목성의 동쪽에 이오가 함께 찍혔습니다.
